Structural Components

A Delivery Team consists of one Lead Appointed Party (the primary organization contracted by the client) and their associated Task Teams.

Example: A Main Contractor (Lead Appointed Party) and its specialized mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors (Task Teams).

BIM Manager Note: Each Delivery Team must coordinate its own Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) into a single Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) managed by the Lead Appointed Party.
